Milling
In milling we are able to manufacture parts of up to 500x500x400 (mm). We rely on 5-axis machining centers from DMG Mori.
Lathing
We manufacture from the bar in diameter range from 5mm to 42mm. The diameter of the cut parts can be up to 200mm. A turning length of up to 500mm is possible.
Laserengraving
As an extended option, we also offer laser marking of your parts. The writing/graphics can be chosen to be raised or not raised.

Additional services
Furthermore, we can use our in-house Pero degreasing system to remove cooling lubricant buildup and other contaminants from your parts so that you can use the delivered components immediately. You are welcome to inquire about further refinements of your parts.
